Build beach gear around the house, not a package.
Guest count changes from one stay to the next. A flexible item-by-item order is more reliable than a preset package and makes it easier to adjust quantities before delivery.
Count seats first
Use the maximum likely beach group, not the number of bedrooms, to choose chair quantity. Children may need age-appropriate seating supplied by their family.
Add shared equipment
Most groups share shade, a cooler, and carrying equipment. Start with one shade solution and one wagon, then increase for larger groups or long beach-access walks.
Choose water gear deliberately
Add boards for guests who expect to use them and understand local conditions. Do not let an optional activity dictate the entire house setup.
Make pickup easy
Keep a simple inventory during the stay and return every item to the property location confirmed by text. Report damage or missing equipment promptly.
