Build the weekly setup from actual beach attendance
Set chair quantity around the largest realistic beach group, then add shared shade, a cooler, and a wagon. The longer rental window does not mean every possible guest needs a separate full setup.
Add water gear only for guests with real plans to use it. Check conditions and local rules during the stay rather than assuming every day will suit the same activity.
Start with chairs and shade, then solve the shared jobs
Beach chairs are the simplest starting point: use one per seated adult who expects to join the same outing. Add a Shibumi Shade for broad shared coverage when the breeze and setup area are suitable, or choose a beach umbrella for a smaller footprint and calm-day flexibility.
A cooler and wagon do different work. The cooler supports the group on the sand; the wagon reduces trips between the property, car, and beach access point.
Confirm storage before delivery
Use a dry, secure property location that does not block exits, pool gates, walkways, or landscaping. Keep the delivery group together instead of scattering chairs and accessories around the property.
