Rental texts, only when you choose them.
These terms govern text messages sent by WTW Enterprises LLC, doing business as Hamptons Beach Co, from (631) 614-6250.

Consent
You opt in actively, and texts are never required.
You consent by sending the first text to our program number or by checking the separate optional SMS checkbox while scheduling a delivery. The checkout checkbox is unchecked by default. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or renting. Providing a phone number in a general inquiry does not by itself provide SMS consent. See the public opt-in description.
Message Types
Messages relate to the rental you requested.
Messages may include an acknowledgment, questions about the town, dates, gear, address, or access, request confirmation, a secure payment link, delivery and pickup coordination, and customer support. This consent is not used for unrelated marketing.
Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies.
Frequency depends on the questions needed to complete your request and coordinate the rental. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt Out & Help
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out, and then we will not send further texts unless you later provide new consent. Reply HELP for help, email hello@hamptonsbeachco.com, or call (631) 614-6250.
Delivery of Messages
Wireless delivery is not guaranteed.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your contact information current and use email if you cannot receive texts.
Privacy
SMS consent data is not shared for marketing.
