Text Message Program
You decide when we can text you.
Hamptons Beach Co uses text messages only for one-to-one rental inquiries and transactional coordination requested by the customer. We do not enroll website visitors in promotional messages.

Opt-In Path 1
You start a conversation with us.
A customer may click a “Text us” link on HamptonsBeachCo.com or send a text directly to (631) 614-6250. The website opens the customer’s messaging app with the optional draft “Hi Hamptons Beach Co — Here is what I need:”. The customer reviews and sends the message from their own device.
Sending that first message requests conversational replies about the customer’s inquiry. The first automated acknowledgment identifies Hamptons Beach Co, asks for the town, dates, and gear needed, says message and data rates may apply, and includes STOP and HELP instructions. A local team member may then continue the same rental-related conversation.
Opt-In Path 2
An optional, unchecked choice while scheduling.
A customer can browse gear, choose dates, and submit a delivery request without consenting to text messages. In the final delivery-details step, the SMS checkbox is separate from the required Rental Terms checkbox and is unchecked by default.

No Implied Enrollment
A phone number by itself is not SMS consent.
Providing a phone number in the general contact form does not enroll that person in text messages. Leaving the optional checkout checkbox unchecked also means the customer has not consented to texts. In either case, we use email or a phone call unless the customer later texts us first.
Message Purpose
Low-volume, customer-requested rental coordination.
Messages may confirm a rental request; ask about dates, town, gear, delivery address, or access; provide a secure payment link; coordinate delivery or pickup; answer questions; or provide support. Message frequency varies with the request and rental. Hamptons Beach Co does not use this consent for unrelated marketing.
